To provide the best service to all of our customers, the following return policy has been implemented. Provisions are based on the realization that return of books after an extended period, or return of books in non-saleable condition, results in higher prices passed on to all customers. Furthermore, we do not support the practice of speculatively purchasing books with the prior intent to return a large percentage. Accordingly, the following policy is effective for all sales of books and training materials form CPD, Inc.

Single Copy purchases are returnable within 30 days from date of purchase with full refund of purchase price (less shipping cost), provided that the book is returned in saleable condition and in original shrink-wrapping, with no sign of use. After 30 days, single copy returns will not be accepted. You must receive an authorization number from CPD prior to return of book.

Multiple Copy Purchases are returnable within 30 days from date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met: A restocking charge of 25% of purchase price plus cost of shipping provided that the books are in saleable condition and in original shrink wrapping. Returns are limited to fifteen percent of the original order quantity. After 30 days, multiple copy returns will not be accepted. You must receive an authorization number from CPD prior to return of books.

Definition of Saleable Condition: Books must be in original plastic shrink-wrapping. No markings, labels, pricing stickers, or physical alteration of any kind is permissible. The corners, binding, and cover must be free of all damage. Books must be reshipped flat, with proper packaging.
