Production Pricing: |

must supply an electronic Word or .PDF file. This can
either be emailed or provided on a CD. You should also
include a separate file for the cover preferably in a
PDF format. If you do not have an image we can generate
a cover at a nominal fee. We can also generate a simple
cover – just title at no charge.
Editing: You can edit your own or we
can provide a service for editing:
